Captured in the Catskills, this retreat with Erica Chen and Tonie Warner was rooted in healing and softness. The film follows the arc of the weekend, from opening circle to final hugs, with space to breathe in between. I approached this project with a lighter hand. I focused on contrast — stillness and movement, solitude and connection — and let the retreat guide the camera. My goal wasn’t to document every detail but to reflect the heart of the experience in a way that feels honest and grounded.
